| Men's Unique HAORI Edo Period Workers Making Cannons |

This one-of-a-kind haori is a treasure to wear or display like a work of art. With a classic outer-fabric and dazzling lining, it's a versatile and elegant piece.
The rugged quality of the chocolate brown fabric is luxurious and warm, with a sturdy weave. In the lining, a beautifully portrayed historical scene unfolds, where Edo period workers build cannons and mix gunpowder. While high-ranking soldiers supervise the military village, groups of workers make ammunition amid the mountainous landscape, each individual worker displays his own personality.
Shades of gray, brown, green and gold are used to capture the rigorous and industrial tone of the scene, as thick smoke flows from the chimneys. |
