With such auspicious symbols as a lobster and a folding fan and rising sun family crest, this haori is sure to bring you good fortune and happiness.
The rich brown fabric simply melts into the lining, creating a luxurious sheen in the sunlight. Upon an ocean of shining gray and soft overalpping waves, a scenic mountain appears, framed by a white square. Jagged cliffs give way to sandy shores and clusters of pine trees as seagulls soar to distant mountains.
On the upper left, the delicate shadow of a folding fan frames an abstracted lobster. Appearing in wide brushstrokes, this creature of good fortune feels his way through a shallow river. |
