| Gray HAURA-E with Hawk in Sea |
A magnificent hawk is perched on a rock and is ready to attack its pray in the sea. Crushing waves in blue with white bubbling foams heighten this dramatic moment.
This fabric, known as Haura-e, is used to line a man's Haori jacket and has the folded paper label along one edge, secured with thread.
The actual length is approximately 100 inches, with a patterned section which is approximately 24 inches long. The rest of the areas are solid gray. The size section on the right shows the approximate dimension of the patterned area.
This fabric would make a splendid banner and an artwork on the wall! |
