In muted shades of grayish blue, this cool summery fabric features various banner holders (Matoi), which make showy displays in Japanese festival parades (Matsuri).
The Matoi are set against bamboo stems so cleverly depicted that they almost seem like vertical stripes.

As this fabric is cut to order, returns are not allowed unless the fabric is defective.
